Executed comprehensive flare studies addressing flare segregation and optimal configuration evaluations (including separate elevated stacks, combined derrick structures, and multipoint ground flares) utilizing Flaresim. Developed complex hydraulic flare modules using advanced Aspen Flare System Analyser software, performed header hydraulic simulations, and sized flare knockout drums to ensure optimal flare gas recovery and system robustness.
Production Optimization & Carryover Mitigation
Led an offshore production facility investigation identifying foam formation. Implemented chemical mitigations and optimized separator pressures, safely increasing production by 16% (up to 50k BOPD) and significantly reducing H2S hazards.
